Benefits of Watermelon Seeds

Much is known about the watermelon. We all know of its nutritious benefits, added to the fact that it is a pretty sweet fruit/vegetable. However, less is known about the watermelon seeds. This is maybe because we usually throw them away, or just swallow them together with the deliciousness. Have you ever taken a minute to ask what those seeds may mean to you and your health?
